This is a group of amazing humans after 3 days of exploring their shadows, laughing, yelling, and even raging - all the while finding moments of grace and humor. When we dive deep, it doesn't mean we can't laugh too at times and at the silliness of being human. Gretchen and I left with hearts that were FULL. Gratitude is emanating from my very pores...

Today I'm sitting in the field of endless possibilities ... after a long 2 weeks of Shadow Work and dearmoring (with the incredible Elise Brathwaite), nourished by sister time (Paige, Chrissy, Gretchen), loved up my amazing husband Michael, and an incredible 2 day retreat with Michele from Infiniti Trails 4 Healing (who gifted me a powerful new oracle deck). My body. My heart. My mind. My soul. Aligned to what's next.
Upleveling on all levels.
My gratitude has expanded into Granditude (new word I'm bringing through and fostering in the English language).
Today, I'm resting and loving myself in the ways I know how...
Sending virtual hugs out to all who may need one.

On this BEAUTIFUL fall morning, I'm taking a much needed breath of stillness. It's been 6 days already of Shadow Work Training, and my heart and body have given much for this to happen. I'm grateful to those who want to learn and grow in this way as it's making for a stronger base of wisdom in the holistic and healing realm. The more shadows we unravel and learn how to powerfully transform, the more access we have to our light. I'm grateful to those who walk this path with me. I'm just Grateful.
