On this BEAUTIFUL fall morning, I'm taking a much needed breath of stillness. It's been 6 days already of Shadow Work Training, and my heart and body have given much for this to happen. I'm grateful to those who want to learn and grow in this way as it's making for a stronger base of wisdom in the holistic and healing realm. The more shadows we unravel and learn how to powerfully transform, the more access we have to our light. I'm grateful to those who walk this path with me. I'm just Grateful.

This is the moment, before the 9 month journey begins and the portal opens, when I sit in silence and review my Big Why. It's needed to be significant over these last few years, in order to find the strength and will to keep going. I've wanted to turn away from the Goddess path so many times. And still She calls me home, over and over again. The Big Why pulls me forward; it's my guiding light. This year the shadow has subsided and the light shines brighter than ever before...
13 women are entering Generation 13. It couldn't be more magical than that. Giving thanks for all the guidance and the support and the love that surrounds me...

The Grassroots women's gathering did NOT disappoint! It far surpassed any and all expectations I had for medium sized women's retreats and offered so many moments of healing, inspiration amd connection. I felt the presence of grace enter throughout our precious time together. I was also deeply honored to be invited to facilitate a dark goddess ritual healing and release. My heart is so very full....thank you to the integral curators of this beautiful event ...
