COVID-19 Update: As patient safety is our number one concern, we have updated our current status of operation in accordance with the Alberta College and Association of Chriopractors. At this time we are able to treat patients on an emergency basis or those with workers compensation claims or motor vehicle accidents. Please call us at 780-448-9552 to schedule your appointment and we will assess on a case by case basis. Unfortunately we cannot accept walk in appointments at this time. We appreciate your compliance in these trying times and look forward to resuming normal operations ASAP.

COVID-19 Update: As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining compliance with government mandated protocols, we will continue to ask that patients do not attend our office if you are feeling unwell, have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or have had exposure with a confirmed or presumptive case of COVID-19. During this time we will also be implementing further protocols to keep our patients and staff safe. These will include:
1. Pre-screening of patients as advised by AHS and rescheduling of patients who exhibit symptoms or think they may have exposure.
2. Spacing out appointment times so there is less overlap between patients in between appointments.
3. Spacing out chairs in our waiting room to facilitate proper social distancing.
4. Continuing to ensure proper disinfecting of tables and surfaces between patients.

At this time, our office will remain open. We realize this is a fluid situation and will continue to provide updates to all patients as the need arises.

In light of the unfortunate events the world is facing, we at Dr Gordon Burns Chiropractic want to ensure our patients that we are taking proactive steps to ensure heath and safety for all of our patients and staff.

If you have travelled within two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment at Dr. Gordon Burns office OR if you are experiencing any cough, shortness of breath, fever or nausea please contact us and we will be happy to reschedule your visit.

If you have had close contact with a person with a confirmed or probable case if COVID-19 please contact our office to reschedule your visit.

In line with our regular daily practice, we want to ensure all patients that we regularly disinfect patient treatment rooms and the waiting room.

We ask that you are cautious at this time and follow the recommendations as outlined by the Alberta Government and Alberta Health Services.
