Real food doesn’t need a chemistry set.
Butter = cream + salt.
Margarine = industrial oils, additives, colorings, and ingredients most people can’t pronounce.
For YEARS people were taught margarine was the ‘healthy’ choice while real food got blamed for everything. Meanwhile metabolic health keeps getting worse.
I’ll choose real food every single time. 👏🏼
No, you do not need to fear butter.
You need to fear ultra-processed food being marketed as health food.

If you’re always craving sugar...or crashing in the afternoon....your blood sugar might be the problem. Toast by itself. Fruit alone. Crackers as a "meal". Quick energy- then a crash. That's the cycle. Stop eating carbs on their own. Add protein. Add fat. Balance the plate.
Its not willpower. It's unstable blood sugar.

I am so tired of hearing that healthy food is expensive.
Because what I see every single day is people spending money on food that doesn’t even fill them up.
Coffee.
Snacks.
Quick bites.
Takeout because they’re starving.
And then saying real food is too much.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women over 40 make is eating less and trying to lose weight. At first it might work. But over time it leads to slower metabolism, stronger cravings, low energy, and muscle loss. Your body doesn't swe chronic under-eating as a fat loss strategy. It sees it as a threat to survival. So it adapts. Real fat loss over 40 usually comes from properly fueling your body, building muscle and stabilizing blood sugar- not eating as little as possible.

It’s not.
You didn’t just “gain weight” as you got older.
👉 You lost muscle.
And that changes everything: – how your body burns calories
– how your body looks
– how much energy you have
– how easy (or hard) fat loss feels
The scale doesn’t tell you that.
So you keep eating less…
thinking that’s the answer.
But it’s not.
👉 Less muscle = slower metabolism.
And no one told you that.
You don’t need less food.
You need more muscle.

They can support digestion, sleep, stress, hormones, and nutrient gaps.
But what I see every day is people hoping a supplement will fix problems that started with lifestyle.
No supplement can replace:

• real food
• movement
• balanced meals
• managing stress
