The Edson Eagles Junior A team has done it again! 🦅

We were so grateful for the group of young gentlemen who came by today to lend a helping hand with the heavy lifting as we took down our Christmas decorations. Their kindness, strength, and willingness to volunteer made the job quicker—and much more enjoyable. It’s always wonderful to see these young athletes giving back to the community and spreading positivity beyond the rink. Thank you, Edson Eagles, for your hard work, generosity, and for always being there when we need you!

What a truly Christmas-filled day at our Annual Christmas Meal! 🎄✨
We shared a wonderful afternoon surrounded by family and friends, filled with laughter, love, and an absolutely amazing meal that warmed both hearts and bellies. Huge kudos to our incredible kitchen staff for their hard work and festive magic — you outdid yourselves once again! 👏🍽️
A big heartfelt thank you to our Auxiliary for generously supplying a beautiful assortment of wine that perfectly complemented the meal ❤️🍷
Days like this remind us how special our lodge family truly is. Wishing everyone the joy, warmth, and togetherness of the season. 🎅🎄

December is always a busy month here at the lodge . We started our day off with the students from Holy Redeemer , they brought us rice krispie squares and christmas tidings. Our December Birthday Party was overflowing with Hot coco and all the fixings, and we made a big batch of Nuts & Bolts for everyone to enjoy. We waited for the sun to set and ended our day cruising Edson & county scoping out all the amazing Christmas lights!

Yesterday, we were treated to a very special visit from the Mary Bergeron Elementary School Choir, who came to share the wonderful music they’ve been practicing so hard on. What an amazing way to start the day! From the very first note, the room was filled with smiles, laughter, and the sound of Christmas cheer. The children were absolutely glowing as they sang their hearts out, spreading joy and holiday magic to everyone listening. Their energy, enthusiasm, and festive spirit warmed our hearts and brought big smiles to faces all around. It was a truly unforgettable performance and the perfect reminder of how special this season is. 🎄🎶✨

Creativity and humor were definitely shining bright on Dian Dennison’s door — and it’s no surprise she claimed 1st place in our door-decorating contest! Every detail had us smiling. We had such a fun time strolling through the halls, admiring each door and soaking in all the imagination, laughter, and holiday cheer that lit up our building. What a joyful way to kick off the season!

🎄🎶 A Bluegrass Christmas at the Lodge! 🎶🎄

Today the Plucking Holler Boys rolled into the lodge and filled our halls with the sweetest bluegrass Christmas carols you’ve ever heard! Their toe-tappin’, banjo-pickin’, harmony-singin’ magic had our residents smiling, clapping, and humming along to every festive tune.

From “Jingle Bells” with a twang to a foot-stompin’ “Deck the Halls,” they brought the perfect mix of holiday cheer and good old-fashioned country charm. 💚❤️

That Crafty Lady sure gnomes how to put on a great craft night! We had a wonderful evening gathered together, creating these beautiful little gnomes to hang on our walls. What a fun and cozy way to spend the night!
