The 4 Gates:
This is a point combination I use a lot in my practice, mainly because I treat a lot of pain and a lot of stress, in which these points are rockstars.
These points, especially Li4, are super easy to apply acupressure to at any time: at work, before bed, ect. Simply find these points on the hands and feet and massage for 1-5 minutes each. Hint: if the point feels tender while you’re massaging, then you’re likely in the right spot!
If you feel a headache coming on, feel anxiousness rising in the chest, or if your shoulders are hunched up to your ears- stop, breathe, and try these points out!
