Thank you all for the incredible year that 2024 was! I deeply appreciate every one of you that I saw during this last year ❤️

After a lovely holiday season, I will be back in the office next week! I'm so excited to get 2025 started!

I hope everyone's holidays were filled with a lot of joy and hopefully some relaxation.

Hi everyone! 👋

Kristen has officially completed her 2200 hour requirement and can now bill to insurance. 🎆

While waiting on registration through various insurance companies you may need to submit your own claims, but as approvals come in she will notify you so she can direct bill for your appointments.

As such, her rates will be increasing effective immediately. If you already have an upcoming appointment booked with her, the current rate will be honored until January 1st.

Welcoming Kristen to the team while she completes her practicum hours! Kristen now has availability to start taking clients as early as next week.

As a Student Massage Therapist she is unable to bill to insurance - however, you can enjoy discounted massages up until she completes her 2200 hour designation!

"I am a current student at Makami College, set to graduate in 2025. I am excited to say I have completed my first year!

I found my initial fascination with the human body in high school biology. I also discovered my love for helping others in anyway I could. Through both these passions I found massage therapy!

I am originally from Edson and am happy to start my career back in the same community that raised me!"

I wanted to take a moment to give a huge thank you to every single person who has come and supported me in the last year and a half (and a little bit longer to those who have stuck with me since I was going through my practicum! Look how far we have come 😅).

I am so thankful for your trust, encouragement, and support. It has been such a wonderful experience getting to know so many lovely beings and helping you all on your health and wellness journey. It's an incredible thing to be able to wake up every day and truly say, "I love what I do." And I wouldn't be able to without all of you!

2024 has been off to an incredible start, and I can't wait to see how the rest of it unfolds!

With that being said, I have some big news coming soon.
