Studio Update 🤍

We want to share an upcoming change with our community. Starting January 15, 2026, our Ladies Only Studio will be changing to a Co-Ed Studio.
Due to limited usage, we’ve chosen to repurpose the space so we can better serve our members as a whole. We’ve also ordered some new equipment (YAY!!!) to complement this change. We’re excited to improve our space for everyone. Stay tuned for more details soon!

To our Clients,

We’ve been listening. Since opening our beautiful new facility, we’ve had many great conversations with our members and community. One message has been loud and clear: you love the space, but the rates felt out of reach for some.

We want everyone in our community to feel welcome and able to enjoy everything our gym has to offer.

That’s why, starting Tuesday September 23rd, we’re lowering our membership rates.

Our goal is simple: to create a gym experience that provides real value and makes a meaningful difference in your life.

We’d love to see familiar faces return, and new ones join us, as we move forward together. ❤️

A special note for our current members:
If you have an active monthly membership or a companion monthly membership at the current rate, you won’t miss out. To thank you for your support, we’ll be crediting the difference back to you in the form of additional days added onto your membership.

Lastly, we believe in trying new things. Sometimes they work as planned and sometimes they don’t—and that’s okay. What’s most important to us is learning, adjusting, and moving forward in a way that better serves our community!
