Grow yoga is branching off!!

There will still be classes available and posted in the near future, BUT a shift is happening.

Children’s yoga:
-the place where you can notice every seed of a dandelion
-where you can run through the sinking sand
-have a yoga freeze dance
-slow down your breath and notice the sounds, smells and sights
-BUT most of all….the place where you can have FUN!!!!

Next week Saturday June 1 we’ll be meeting at Eganville’s legion field for another outdoor children’s class- 10:00-10:45am
