Was just at Miami Life Centre in Miami. An Ashtanga studio that I’ve been wanting to visit for a while. Now I’m at Yogi Hari’s Ashram ( The ashram I did my 500 at) in Miami to help out for three weeks.

I also teach, Chair yoga, Mat yoga, and Fun And Fitness at the Renaissance Active Living Centre. Fun and Fitness is a fitness dance class with songs from country, oldies ,Hip Hop, Bollywood and more!!! It's based on havin fun so anyone can join no matter what level you are!
