It’s Nurse Practitioner week and we have lots to celebrate! Our very own Corey Doughty has created a unique program in partnership with our pharmacist called ‘Your Health’.

Through this program Corey has become the primary provider for approx 500 unenrolled patients from our Health Care Connect List giving them the access to primary care that they needed.

This program has been so successful that our partners in healthcare across the North are modelling the program in their areas.

Congratulations Corey for your innovation - your patients love you!
