Position: Part-Time Palliative Care Clinical Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Palliative Care Clinical Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on supporting and guiding clinicians in the delivery of high-quality palliative care.

The Clinical Coach will work directly with healthcare providers to provide education, training, and mentorship, helping to build capacity and confidence in delivering palliative care across settings. The goal is to enhance patient outcomes by empowering our clinical team with best practices, tools, and support rooted in the principles of compassionate, person-centered care.
