Hibernation season is ending and Sping 🌷 is gently arriving. It is time to really settle in to our EVōLution. Post-season reflections are showing where course corrections need to happen, where our successes were had, and where we can continue to grow and EVōLV.
This concept can be applied to every aspect of our lives. As we move forward into brighter skies, longer days and lighter loads, we must take advantage of ways we can continue to simplify and zero in on our goals, rituals and daily practices. Perhaps this is our movement schedule, our skin care regime, our nutrition and supplementation or our mindfulness and care for our nervous system. Follow along as we move into our best season for “starts”, remedies and renewals.

It’s that time of year again! Gentle reminder!
It’s a good practice, not only for us, but all home-based service providers generally do not operate like a store front. Call or text or email rather than showing up to a residential address as often services are offered on a one-on-one basis without an additional receptionist to take your inquiries. We can best serve you when we can dedicate time specifically ally to your needs.

25 years ago today I finalized my business plan, secured my business loan and started collecting boxes with my 3 month old to start preparing to move from Edmonton back to where my heart belonged in Elliot Lake 💗 Our sweet little city was still slowly rebuilding from the mass exodus when the mines closed, and by all rights, I looked insane for planning to move back there in the middle of winter with a newborn to start a new business in what most at that time would consider a frivolous service.
