Hello! Finally Inge Bender Osteopathy is online. I am Inge (pronounced ing-ah) and my pronouns are she/her. I have been practicing Classical Osteopathy as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner professionally since 2018. Upon graduating from Kinesiology at McMaster University (a long time ago!) life took some winding turns but this awesome path the Universe placed me on ultimately helped me discover I am born to serve people. And here I am today - working at Active Therapy Solutions in Waterloo, Ontario, alongside some highly skilled practitioners. My journey through multiple forms of education, including Motherhood, shapes how I interact with my clients today.

Here at Inge Bender Osteopathy, your healing in a safe environment is my priority. My holistic principle-based osteopathic approach helps all clients from age 0-100 achieve long-term whole-body wellness. Just as we are stronger together as human beings, our bodies are stronger when all it's parts function in synergy the way Mother Nature intended.
