I am requesting that all who come to their appointments wear a well fitting 3 layer cloth or surgical mask.

If you are unsure whether your mask is 3 layers, please wear 2.

Self screening for covid symptoms is a very important tool to keep yourself and your therapist safe during your treatment. If you feel "off" or you may have been exposed to someone who may be exhibiting symptoms, you must reschedule your appointment.
