Today is the day I go back to work! I'm so blessed to have had almost 4 months off with my boy, being his mom has been such an incredible experience so far.

I've been blessed to have spent almost 4 months at home with my little one, but in January I'm heading back to work! You can find me at the Wellness Initiative, this time as part of their team. Booking and billing will all be done through then. Returning clients, you'll be asked to book initial acupuncture sessions so that you'll receive the paperwork filll out. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again! 💕

Today was my last day of work until the New Year…

I’m really looking forward to this next chapter of our lives, but for right now, I’m happy to have some time off to relax before our little one arrives. I’m sure the pups won’t mind either 🤪

Thank you to all my clients for the well wishes and support over the past 9 months. Keep an eye out on your emails and my social media pages for baby updates as well as when and where I will return back to work.

Since there’s only 5 weeks left to book in with me- I thought I’d share my knowledge and teach you how to take care of yourselves while I’m off!

Not sure which workshop you want to try? Start with the intro workshop to learn about different self-care tools and when and how to use them!

Do you already have a Lymphatic Brush but you’re not really sure how to use it? Sign up for the Lymphatic Brush course to leave how to effectively use it for the face and body! If you don’t already have a brush, I have 2 facial brushes left for sale. I won’t be doing anymore orders until I return back to work in the new year, so now is your chance!

Do you already have a Gua sha tool at home but again aren’t really sure if you’re using it to its full advantage? Sign up for the Gua Sha workshop! If you don’t already have a Gua sha tool then you’ll have to purchase one prior to the class, either from me or another distributor.

Workshops will be held at my office in the Wellness Initiative in Elmsdale and could run anywhere from 1-2 hours. Class size is limited to 5 to allow for a more individualized approach. Payment is required in advance to reserve your spot.

Ahhh, summer 😎🌞

Summer is all about abundance, growth, creativity and activity according to Chinese medicine. It is the most Yang time of year, and is a perfect time to get up early and stay out late, really making the most of the longer days.

This time of the year is related to the Fire Element, which is associated with the Heart and Small Intestine. The emotion of summer is Joy- so get out and get socializing with friends and family!

Typically we recommend staying away from salads, smoothies and cold drinks, but because the weather is warmer we are actually better able to tolerate cooling foods. I’d still stay away from iced drinks, as room temp/warm is actually better for staying hydrated and better for your overall health! But do take advantage of local and in-season produce!
