You may have noticed a familiar face at the front desk lately! Everyone give a warm welcome to Keni Hopewell. Keni is our new front desk admin staff here at Renew and Adapt! 🖥️ 📚 🤓

Keni has lived in East Hants her whole life and has always had a passion for staying active🏃. She has been a member at Adapt for the past few years and loves being part of such a supportive fitness community.

Keni has experience working in front desk roles and enjoys welcoming members, helping out where she can, and getting to know everyone who comes through the doors.

Growing up, Keni spent many years dancing 🩰💃, which helped shape her love for movement and fitness 🏋️. When she’s not at the gym, she enjoys working out with her family and staying active together.

A challenge at Renew and Adapt that does not require any exercise or money! You're welcome 🤗

One cannot miss the giant snowbank in the back parking lot at Renew and Adapt! We can't wait to see it go 👋

Here is how the challenge works:

Comment on Facebook or Instagram the date that you think the snowbank will disappear 🌡️. We mean the ENTIRE thing. EVERY last snowflake ❄️

Whoever guesses the date right wins:

1) ONE MONTH MEMBERSHIP TO ADAPT 🏋️🏃
2) TWO (1 HOUR) MASSAGE GIFT CERTIFICATES TO RENEW HEALTH 💆

* Only one guesser per date. First come, first serve *

Feeling snow stayed? ❄️ 🥶 Not Talana

Talana spent the last weekend with over a dozen army cadets from 2937 Army Cadets in Enfield and instructed them on a winter field training exercise.

Talana is currently an instructor with 2937 RCACC 🇨🇦 in Enfield which is a free program for youth and Talana has been part of the Cadet Instructor Cadre for the past 24 years. 🪖

After a 7 month hiatus - Dan van der Poel is back! 🏋️

Dan took a break from physio to travel the world 🌍 🌴 and is now back to Nova Scotia and ready to take on new or existing clients.

Dan will be working part time:

We welcomed Lucija Kolic to the clinic for some observership. Lucija is a 3rd year Kinesiology student at Dalhousie who is interested in physiotherapy and all things health and fitness.

We love the energy and enthusiasm students bring to the clinic and it also gives us an opportunity to put our teacher hat on! 💻🧑‍💼
