For those who know me, you already know the story: Move was born because I moved to East Hants and couldn’t find “my people.”
I kept driving back and forth to Bedford just to practice, with that old saying—“if you don’t do it, someone else will”—echoing in my head.

Originally, Move was supposed to be a place I could practice, with all the classes taught by other instructors. I had a 200-hour teacher training I’d barely used beyond my volunteer hours and corporate yoga at work for the wellness committe, and I simply wanted a space outside of work and home where I could show up as myself, for myself.

Fast forward 2.5 years: over 1,000 classes taught, countless memories made, and a community I could never have imagined. 🫶
