Team Myles Powered by Lifemark is a special program within the Emera Blue Nose Marathon, designed for running beginners and individuals striving for healthier, more active lives. Members, known as Ambassadors, will band together and embark on a 10-week training program for the Blue Nose 5KM or the GoodLife Fitness 10KM at the Blue Nose Marathon, taking place May 17-19, 2024. This free program provides access to qualified professionals who will educate you on exercise, running, technical gear, training, diet and nutrition.
