What a special and entertaining night it was celebrating the end of the year with these lovely ladies a lineup of Escape Rooms and a fabulous dinner experience at the Crazy Fox Bistro! Elmvale Dental Care is looking to add a full-time Certified Dental Assistant to our team!

Our clinic is located in Elmvale, which is a growing community approximately 20 mins north of Barrie.

The clinic hours are:
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8am - 5pm
Wed, Fri: 8am - 4pm
In the summer months (July and Aug) we are closed on Fridays!

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- professionally trained from a dental assisting program (Level 2)
- comfortable with all areas of general dentistry
- values teamwork and communication
- motivated to learn and care for patients
- understands how to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

You would be working with the principal dentist and owner of the practice along with a dedicated, positive, and experienced team. New graduates are welcome to apply!

If this position interests you but the location is too far, a newly renovated apartment within walking distance will be available to rent in September, and can be reserved for the ideal candidate.

On this special mother’s day, we want to celebrate a remarkable person, Susan Preston, who was a devoted receptionist to our office for 11 years and retired last week. Sue had an exceptional gift in welcoming patients and selflessly offering help in any capacity possible. After almost 40 years as a dental receptionist, she was a master of her craft and was always able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with a smile. She deeply cared about patients and our team and was like a mother to our office in many ways.

Thank you to Natalie Vildaer for decorating the office and for organizing this day, and to Sugar City Cupcakes for the absolutely perfect dessert to celebrate Sue's retirement. We will miss you greatly and wish you nothing but the best in your retirement journey with your wonderful family!!! 🥳
