There’s something powerful about slowing down in nature…
letting your breath deepen…
your body soften…
and your system begin to reset.
Join me for a gentle forest immersion followed by a clinically-informed, lymphatic-focused restorative yoga practice, designed to support your nervous system and encourage natural lymphatic flow.
Throughout the practice, you’ll receive optional gentle, supportive adjustments infused with essential oils to deepen relaxation and help your body fully let go.
We’ll close with a soft sharing circle, followed by chilled cleavers tea. A traditional herb known to support the lymphatic system and gentle detoxification.
