SPRING IS IN THE AIR!!!!!
We have definitely been enjoying our early morning winter yoga cocoons here at the Gorge Karate Dojo but I feel we are all ready to shift in to Spring!!🌸🌺
Join me on the mat for 6am practice on Tuesday and Thursday mornings here in Elora.❤️
The Tuesday practice will have a focus on a slow build,flexibility and mobility, a bit of flow and some creative sequencing (gentle to moderate)
The Thursday practice will be a bit more energizing🔥 and leave you feeling joyous, open and ready to take on the day.
Both classes are open to all levels with modifications and amplifications given.
It’s a beautiful way to start the day. Connected and grounded. Full of vitality and fully present.

Curious whether or not this class is for you?
Well I have decided to run this saturdays class as a drop in.
Most of us could definitely benefit from an increase in mobility and a stronger core but it is really difficult to know how to build lasting and healthy core strength and what training the core actually looks like.
We have been told to do endless crunches and sit ups in order to have strong abdominals but in reality improving core strength has a multitude of approaches.
We will explore unique and creative sequences, progressive challenges, new movement pathways for the body and so much more!!!!
The class will be super fun and effective!

Unwind,let go and take a journey back home to yourself.
Gentle flow yoga, breathwork, meditation and massage combined to create a space to explore the endless healing possibilities available to you on your mat.
Class is candlelit and warm and will finish with herbal tea and treats❤️
No yoga experience required.

Each session will be printed out for you to take with you so you can repeat at home before the following session to really integrate the movements and progress quickly.
