Social media and the world around you might have you feeling like your are entering a phase where you need to bow down and accept mood swings, low energy, brain fog, sleepless nights and a body you don’t recognize but I am here to show you that it couldn’t be further from the truth and actually quite the opposite!
Join me for an 8 week deep dive into the new (and often scary)landscape of perimenopause and menopause.
There is so much information and misinformation out there regarding this unique phase of life and it can often feel overwhelming and confusing.
Which workouts to do, which supplements to take, what to eat etc etc?? There’s just so much to sort through.
In this session I will share with you some tried and true methods that will help things feel more manageable and help you to feel healthier,stronger and more vibrant.
We will learn how to regain our vitality and sense of self, learn practical tools that govern strength and body composition, nutrition,stress, sleep, supplementation, community and much more.
This 8 week session will cover and break down a different aspect each week and will always finish with tea and snacks so we can share, support and connect with each other!

Course overview:
WEEK 1: How to build and maintain muscle and strength for your entire life, body composition challenges and how to shift them.
WEEK 2: The importance of joint mobility, flexibility as we age and how to incorporate in to your current routines.
WEEK 3: Cardiovascular health.
Changing the framework of how you design your training routines. How to incorporate and prioritize rest and recovery.
WEEK 4: Nutrition over 40. Learning to eat for health and vitality. Food as fuel. The importance of protein and how to make sure you are getting enough.Recipes. Meal ideas and planning.
WEEK 5: Everything sleep!!!!

WEEK 7: Managing stress. Learning to embrace change. Self love and self acceptance.
WEEK 8: Embodiment! Celebration of joy!!
Culmination of our time together.
We will meet once per week in person at Gorge Karate Dojo, Elora on Saturday mornings from 9-11am
Additional included options include a weekly online workout,weekly recipes,optional Sunday morning group hike,email support, small amount of “homework”.
Session begins October 4th to November 22nd
Cost is $400 for full 8 weeks.
