Need another reason to teach your clients to squat?
👉 A 2023 study found that doing just 1 minute of squats every 20 minutes while sitting:
✔️ Helps keep your focus sharp
✔️ Reduces mental fatigue
✔️ Supports healthy brain blood flow
I usually go for a walk after a few hours of work but now I'll be adding some squats to my movement breaks.
