This comprehensive program includes:

📝 90-Minute Education & Assessment Session, including a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment ($130)

🧘🏼‍♀️ Six Guided Rehab Exercise Classes focused on safe, effective postpartum recovery (6 × $95)

✨️Upon registering for the initial session, you will be automatically enrolled in the following six classes.
Follow-up sessions will be held on Thursdays at 1:00 PM.

✨️This program is covered under physiotherapy insurance, and direct billing is available.

✨️To secure your spot and ensure commitment, payment for the final session ($95) must be sent to info@rewindphysio.ca

Meet Fanie 👋
A bilingual resident physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move, recover, and thrive! 🌿

With a background in Human Kinetics (2023) and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa (2025), Fanie combines her love for sports and science to support her community in Prescott-Russell. 🏒💪

As a lifelong athlete and former competitive ringette player, she understands the challenges of staying active and believes in a holistic, personalized approach to care—focused on movement, education, and empowerment. ✨

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her outdoors, staying active, playing cards with loved ones, or hanging out with her Husky! 🐾

Une physiothérapeute résidente bilingue avec une passion pour aider les gens à bouger, se rétablir et s’épanouir ! 🌿

Avec une formation en Kinésiologie (2023) et une maîtrise en Physiothérapie de l’Université d’Ottawa (2025), Fanie allie son amour pour le sport et la science afin de soutenir sa communauté de Prescott-Russell. 🏒💪

En tant qu'athlète de longue date et ancienne joueuse compétitive de ringette, elle comprend bien les défis liés au maintien de l’activité physique et croit en une approche globale et personnalisée des soins—axée sur le mouvement, l’éducation et l’autonomisation. ✨

En dehors de la clinique, vous pouvez la retrouver en plein air, tpujours active, à jouer aux cartes avec ses proches ou à passer du temps avec son Husky ! 🐾
