Well, I guess I have my answer... The Stewart Family really enjoys Thai Red Curry! So simple to make and could substitute in or out items. Dinner in 20 minutes was a big success tonight thanks to Epicure.

With our potato wedges tonight I made some Basil & Garlic Aioli Dip and Steamed some cauliflower in the Rectangular Steamer with Vegetable Spice on top! Pairs really well together with Fajita spiced wedges.

Epicure's Pad Thai is so good & super easy to make! I made it last night for supper as we had a web-based meeting last night and within 20 minutes it was cooked to perfection! Epicure meal solution packages for the win!

If you could only taste this deliciousness! Tonight for dinner I made Epicure’s Balsamic Dressing for our Summer Salad, Epicure’s Pesto for our Pasta, and sprinkled Epicure’s Vegetable spice on top of our broccoli which was steamed in Epicure’s Rectangular Steamer. So tasty! The flavours chosen tonight play off each other very well.

From June 4th to 6th, I’m helping to raise funds for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation so that families facing cancer in our community can continue to access their services.

Many of the Cancer Foundations fundraisers have been cancelled because of the pandemic and unfortunately cancer continues. A percentage of my sales will be donated.

My family and I have used Epicure products for over 15 years and love them. Not one meal gets created at our house without Epicure spices or cookware. I cant wait to get started!
