I am hoping some may see this. I adopted my beautiful kitties from OKR a couple years ago. They work so hard to help all the kittens they can, if you can, please share or even donate! Thank you from all the beautiful kittens. Also feel free to have a look at the adoptables, maybe you'll find your next buddy!
We have lowered our adoption fee for adults for the month (which we can’t afford) and still adoptions are painfully slow. We’re begging the public for help and yet we fall short, I’m honestly asking what is the point of us continuing? Without funds we can’t help and without adoptions we can’t help.
We are desperate for your donations. We still have thousands to pay off at Cap city and routine vetting to pay off.
With adoptions low over the summer and donations scarce we are facing difficult decisions when we are asked to help cats in need in our community. How can we help if we have no money?
-We have a spay/neuter day coming up next week that will be over $1000
-We have vaccine appointments booked and invoices owing at our regular clinics at $2000
-We have a balance of over $6500 owing at emergency for Mr. Bojangles’ and Odin’s hospital stays and emergency surgery.
-Rooster enucleation was $1800
These are just some of the costs we have the last couple weeks. We physically cannot take anymore on until we have funds!
