Winter has arrived, and classes are running as usual!

Class Passes: For those who practice ~1 time/week or less. Share with your friends and family or gift them. They expire after 1 year so you have plenty of time to use them as you see fit.

Memberships: For those who practice ~2 times/week or more. Practice as much as you want without thinking about monthly payments or tracking passes. Simply show up and enjoy!

Cuddle & Calm with

In our Calm Connection class, enjoy a blend of relaxing yoga poses and tender bonding exercises that promote relaxation and strengthen the parent-infant relationship.

This class has a relaxed environment that allows for feeds, in and out of the space. Our goal is to build community during this new phase in your life.

Class is available for parents and non mobile (walking) babies.
