Welcome to the first Monday of the next 52 weeks! We all have inner thoughts we need to either completley reject or challenge with solutions if we want to see transformation this year.
Have you ever said to yourself the following :
• “Is this just how my body is going to feel from now on… sore, stiff, and tired or is that just a story I’ve been telling myself?”
• “I don’t want extreme - I just want to move without pain and wake up with energy.”
• "I used to feel strong… when did that stop?”
• “How am I this tired when I didn’t even do that much today?”
• “What would life feel like if I completely workshopped my sleep, nutrition, & hormone function?
• What if I committed for real , not perfectly, but consistently - where could I be in 6 months?
• Could I become almost unrecognizable… not just physically, but in how I think, move, and show up (or through the energy I bring into a room).
• Am I tired because I’m getting older - or perhaps because I’ve been neglecting myself?
• What would change in my life if I wasn’t always frustrated with lack of range of motion and mobility?
• Is it selfish to prioritize my health now… or is it actually overdue and about damn time.
• “What if the success secret isnt strict discipline but a wild desire for results.
