I am super excited to be opening up my reiki practice in Enderby mid November!!
We are pleased to welcome Richelle and her business ‘Discover Your Hidden Vibes’ to the Collective! She is a Reiki practitioner and is ready to be booked for treatments starting mid November through rainfresh.noterro.com . Scroll down for an explanation of what Reiki is and its benefits.
“Hi my name is Richelle. I’m a certified Usui Reiki practitioner. I’m new to Enderby along with my husband, and we are loving the welcoming community. With my empathetic and compassionate nature and after years of my own spiritual and mental healing, I have found my passion and life purpose, to help uplift and guide others to transforming their lives through Reiki. Knowing how life can be stressful and chaotic, and healing can only happen in a body that is in harmony, it’s so important to rebalance and recharge ourselves. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your healing journey. Please feel free to connect by email dyhvibes@gmail.com or text 403-647-4228”
Pronounced “Ray-Key”, it is a Japanese word for “Universal life force energy”.
A Reiki treatment is a relaxing way to treat the whole body, mind and spirit that uses gentle hand movements. The client lies on a massage table either face up or down, remaining fully clothed, with blankets and pillows for comfort. You may experience tingling or an overall sense of warmth, which in turn allows you to relax and assist your body to naturally heal itself.
Reiki can help to release and break up negative feelings and thoughts that can show up in your body and cause symptoms such as anxiety, sadness, fatigue and pain. Reiki allows a healthy flow of energy from within that can leave you feeling recharged and balanced in body, mind and spirit.
The Reiki practitioner is simply a conduit for the healing energies to flow through to the person who is receiving Reiki. The practitioner does not use their personal energy or direct the energies to create a specific outcome.
After a session, plan to be in a quiet, relaxed environment and drink plenty of water.
