I recently had this biofeedback analysis/ treatment with Stacy and I attribute this in part to being able to work without gloves today for the 1st time in months! I’ve had hand dermatitis issues on and off for the last few years and have even missed almost 3 months of work a few years back when it began. Anyway, it’s very in depth information about all body systems and Stacy is thorough and friendly 🙂 You can book in either Vernon or Rock Creek

If you’ve been wondering what actually happens during a bio-energetic scan — and how it can help — here’s what to expect.☀️

People come to us for many different reasons.
Some feel generally “off,” while others are dealing with very specific symptoms or ongoing health concerns.

A bio-energetic scan helps us look at how the body is functioning as a whole, and where it may be under stress — whether that shows up as fatigue, digestive issues, hormone imbalance, immune stress, chronic conditions, sensitivities, or something else entirely.

Here’s how a session works:

💜We begin with a conversation

You’ll share what you’re experiencing — symptoms, conditions, concerns, or goals — so we can understand the full picture.

💚The scan itself is gentle and non-invasive

You simply hold two small brass rods while the system reads the body’s energetic responses. There are no needles, no pain, and no electrical shocks.

💜We review the results together

The scan helps identify imbalances, stressors, and areas the body may need support — giving us direction instead of guessing.

💚Supportive, imprinted drops are included

Based on your results, you’ll receive personalized, imprinted drops designed to help correct the identified imbalances and support the body’s natural healing process. These are taken at home over the following weeks.

💜Complimentary follow-up check-in

About 10–14 days after your appointment, we check in by text or phone to see how you’re feeling, answer questions, and ensure everything is progressing smoothly.

☀️There is no pressure, no obligation, and no one-size-fits-all approach.

The goal is to give the body what it needs and allow it to do what it’s designed to do — heal.

✨ We’re now booking January appointments in Vernon, BC.

As an RMT, my goals are to help you regain or maintain mobility, manage pain with therapeutic massage, and to empower you to take control of your own health with body-awareness education.

Hi, I’m Shae. I grew up in the Okanagan and Boundary Country regions of BC. I’m a mom, I love being in nature, being creative, and learning about health & wellness. I studied Massage Therapy at OVCMT in Vernon and was Registered in early 2019.

Since then, I’ve realized I enjoy treating chronic pain, over-use injuries, nerve compressions, and stress related tension. I particularly enjoy working on neck, shoulder and arm issues like chronic whiplash, Thoracic outlet syndrome, rotator cuff conditions, elbow tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc. since I’ve experienced these myself. As for treating stress related tension, I have past personal experience with anxiety and panic attacks, so I understand the value of restoring balance to the autonomic nervous system to maintain function in life and prevent or recover from burn-out. Prolonged stress creates imbalances in this unconsciously controlled part of our nervous system and dysregulation of many processes in the body. Massage is an excellent way to help balance the autonomic nervous system by allowing it to easily go into the parasympathetic or ‘rest and digest’ state when it’s too often in the sympathetic or ‘fight or flight’ state. This allows the body to begin to heal and regulate vital processes.

Hey! It’s been a while and I considered changing the name of this page bc I no longer run the Collective downtown Enderby, but we are still a collective here online! I miss my Shuswapians but I am enjoying meeting new Boundarians and helping ease their pain! I am now in Rock Creek BC closer to family and am set up in the Health Center for business fixing bodies (Registered Massage Therapy). Book here 👉https://rainfresh.noterro.com

Enderby businesses or upcoming businesses, is anyone interested in taking over an internet contract through Shaw? It’s good until May 2026 and because it was a long term one, it’s low cost ($106.80/ month for unlimited data). Otherwise I have cancellation fees to pay 💰 DM me if you’re interested!

New to Enderby!
Book Marta Williams RMT at rainfresh.noterro.com

“Since 2003, I have provided registered massage therapy treatment that creates practical solutions for health maintenance and recovery. My practice serves our diverse communities’ needs for physical and emotional wellness, women’s health -including pre and post-partum care- and pre and post-surgical support, as well as muscle and joint aches and pains. I work in a safe and inclusive, trauma informed way that serves individuals and families, including the LGBTQ community.
Further, as a massage therapist, visual artist and academic, I have developed curriculum and taught at colleges of massage therapy in the areas of hydrotherapy, anatomy, advanced manual techniques and clinical sciences.
My passion is working hands-on as a massage therapist. I offer a variety of massage techniques that contribute to recovery and wellbeing. These includes Swedish or circulatory massage that supports tissue health and reduces stress and to restore function and movement, I use myofascial techniques which help to reduce restrictions and scars. Finally, for gentle integration and recovery, I use neuromuscular techniques like muscle energy, craniosacral and lymph drainage.
With over 20 years of experience treating the public as an RMT I can honestly say that I love what I do.”

Marta Williams RMT she/her

“I humbly acknowledge that I live and work on the ancestral unceded territory of the Splatsin First Nation, a part of the Secwepemic or Shuswap Nation.”
