Whether you attend a ceremony, observe a moment of silence, or simply take a quiet moment of reflection, please remember what this day truly signifies.

The month of November symbolizes honour, sacrifice, dedication, commitment, and pride- amongst many others. 🇨🇦

It is a time to remember those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice, those who have returned forever changed, and also a time to thank a veteran, to motivate a new recruit and a time to pay our respects and gratitude to our beloved families- as without them and their unwavering support, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. ❤️

After 20 dedicated years to the Canadian Armed Forces, although I no longer physically wear the military uniform- the experiences, deployments, memories and comradery will always remain close to my heart forever. 🫶🏻

I am honoured to announce that for the entire month of November I will be offering all past & present Canadian Armed Forces members 30% off any service within the medi-spa and 20% off any service to their family members! 🙏🏻

Today was a reminder of how precious time with family truly is. 💗
