One of our community partners has support for you during the winter months. There is a Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) virtual class, Challenging Loneliness and Isolation.

Many people experience loneliness, yet is often overlooked. This course explores stigma surrounding loneliness and clarifies differences between loneliness and social isolation.
