Overfilling almost never happens all at once.

It usually happens when volume is used to solve a problem that isn’t actually about volume.

A little here ➕
A little there ➕
And over time, filler gets layered where a different tool may have been a better fit.

Filler isn’t the problem 💉
It’s a powerful tool but one that works best when it’s used for the right reason 🧩

Thoughtful assessment ✨
Long-term planning ⏳

🤍 Save this if natural, balanced results matter to you

This is what lip filler looks like when you’re scared of lip filler.🤍

First time lips don’t need to be dramatic.
They need to be thoughtful.

This was about soft structure, gentle hydration, and respecting her natural shape.

No crazy volume
No over-defining.
No ‘new face’ energy.

Just lips that still look like hers, only smoother, more defined, and quietly refreshed.

✨ Less volume. More intention.

Save this if you’re a ‘maybe one day’ kind of person.

This is what lip filler looks like when you’re scared of lip filler.” 🤍

First time lips don’t need to be dramatic.
They need to be thoughtful.

This was about:
• soft structure
• gentle hydration
• respecting her natural shape
• stopping before it looks done

No overlining.
No pressure to go bigger.
No ‘new face’ energy.

Just lips that still look like hers, only a little smoother, a little more defined, a little more hydrated.

If you’ve been curious but nervous, this is your sign that subtle is not only possible… it’s the goal.

✨ Less volume. More intention.

👉 Save this if you’re a ‘maybe one day’ kind of person.

Quick do this / not that for some of the most common aesthetic consult questions 👀💉

• Forehead lines & angry 11’s → Botox, not filler
• Under-eye hollowness → Support when appropriate, not filling puffiness
• Nasolabial folds → Midface support, not chasing the fold
• Loose neck skin → Skin & collagen treatments, not Botox for tightening
• Perioral lines → Skin quality first, not aggressive filler

The right treatment depends on what’s actually causing the concern 👉 muscle, volume, or skin quality ✨
When the match is right, results look natural and age better.

One of the most common questions I get after lip filler is:
“When should I get more?”

The answer isn’t a date on the calendar, it’s what your tissue is doing 👀

After treatment, lips usually look tighter, smoother, and more supported.
When that support starts to soften again, that can be a sign it’s time to reassess.

If your lips still look balanced and stable (even if they’re slightly smaller), waiting is usually the better choice.
This is how we maintain natural lips without overfilling or encouraging migration 💋✨

Save this for later 💕

But really… it’s just about knowing what actually works for your face.💁🏻‍♀️

Some treatments only work if the anatomy is right and that’s not always explained.

• Lip flip? Only if your lip curls under when you smile.
• Brow lift? Needs muscle pull, not loose skin.
• DAO tox? Won’t fix marionettes.
• Nefertiti lift? Only works if that soft jawline is muscle-driven.

Botox isn’t one-size-fits-all 💉
A little education = a lot less disappointment ✨

I treated my masseters for jaw tension.
The pain improved. ✔️
My jawline decided to relax too. 🫠

And here’s the actual lesson 👇
Masseter Botox can be incredibly helpful for pain, clenching, and tension but when it’s used for facial slimming, the aesthetic outcome isn’t guaranteed to be sharper.

In some faces, that muscle is doing more than chewing.
It’s contributing to lower-face support.
Relax it, and the face may soften even with a conservative dose.

So no, this isn’t a “don’t do it” post.
It’s a know why you’re doing it post.

✨ Moral of the story:
The treatment isn’t the problem.
The goal — and the candidate — matter.

Save this for the day you’re deciding between pain relief and facial slimming…or send it to someone who thinks jaw Botox is a guaranteed contour.

If your face looks puffier, less defined, or more tired than it used to, this is one of the most common reasons I see in midlife skin 🫠

Inflammation doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it just blurs, swells, and slows things down.

Understanding this changes how you approach your skin and what actually helps.🤍

Follow for fewer bad skin decisions 💅

2025, you were a year.

A year of stepping outside familiar ground. Of showing up more than I thought I could. Of learning, refining, upgrading, not just skills but judgment and trust. And, apparently, discovering new personal thresholds for stress 😅

There were long clinic days, early mornings, late nights, and sacrifices that came with choosing growth. Also, some very good days. Enough of them to make this my most successful year yet, particularly connecting with women who found my work and felt understood 🤍

Life this year happened in two places at once. Building on my career and caring for a farm sanctuary that’s home to 44 animals, while also rehabbing six wild ones, patching them up, sending them back out, and worrying about them forever 🐾🌾 Two worlds that look wildly different, but are completely intertwined. I couldn’t have one without the other.

Grateful for the work, the people, the animals and for a year that stretched me, stressed me, and still somehow proved worth it.
Looking ahead tired, thankful, and excited ✨

Closing out the year with smiles, a toast, and good energy all around 🥂
Grateful for the people, the teamwork, and the moments that brought us together this year.
Happy New Year ✨
2026 here we come! 🐎
