Meet Dr. Hormoz at Erin Hills Dental.

Dr. Hormoz's journey began in Germany and Iran before he moved to Canada in 1997. He attended high school in Toronto, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario, and completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hormoz has volunteered as a dentist in Guatemala and Nepal and now practices in Ontario.

A member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Canadian Dental Association (CDA), American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Hormoz is dedicated to ongoing education and skill enhancement. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, with additional certifications in oral sedation and Invisalign braces, and is certified by the National Board of Dental Examiners and the Western Regional Examining Board (U.S.A.).

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hormoz enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and has a keen interest in soccer. He looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients in the Erin community and is excited to welcome new patients.
