We are proud to offer, a unique senior living solution that we consider one of the greatest values in private senior care today.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Erin, Ontario we offer an intimate home like setting and foster a family atmosphere. Fox Run caters to individuals in early to mid-stages of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. Our maximum number of clients never exceeds 10 promoting an individualized model of care. We provide a Person-Centered-Care approach, focusing on the person not the disease. This premise is founded on the ethic that all human beings are of absolute value and worthy of respect, no matter what their disability, and on a conviction that people with dementia can lead fulfilling lives. The unique qualities of the residents are determined by their life stories and experiences, likes and dislikes. Every effort is made to foster independence and freedom of choice. Residents make decisions at their capacity level, which instills independence and self-worth. We encourage residents to engage in meaningful tasks at a level they are able and comfortable to manage. Joining residents in their reality and understanding their world is the only way to provide exceptional dementia care. We enable residents to live life not just exist.

Our residents took part in the tradition of the King’s Donut (Rosca de Reyes), shared on Three Kings’ Day. Its circular shape represents God’s eternal love, the candied fruits symbolize the crowns of the Three Kings, and the hidden baby Jesus reminds us of faith, community, and togetherness. Whoever finds the baby is given a joyful role in continuing the tradition, making it a meaningful and celebratory experience for all.
