I want to personally provide you with the following update related to COVID-19.
In these unprecedented times, nothing is more important than ensuring the health and safety of our staff, clients and communities, and we are taking appropriate measures to do our part.
We have plans in place to allow us to operate with agility as we adapt to the consequences of COVID-19 with as little disruption and community interaction as possible. Our teams can and do operate effectively from any location, and
will continue to deliver the highest level of service to you.

We will be sending out quotes as per usual in the coming weeks.
At this time, we do not anticipate an interruption of our standard seasonal Property Maintenance services, our teams operate remotely and do not require direct contact with customers or residents as a matter of course, and any required communication can be handled remotely.
As the COVID-19 situation escalates, our opportunity to ‘flatten the infection curve’ is now. With the vast majority of people remaining home to prevent the spread of the virus, we have had inquiries regarding collection and disposal of
materials collected and removed as a result of “Spring Cleaning” of basements, garages and other areas. We can accommodate these requests for service, provided there is adequate capacity at local waste transfer stations and the materials are separated into basic waste streams. Most importantly, removed materials will need to be left outside and untouched for 5 days minimum for the safety of our team members. We will not be entering buildings for removals, again for safety reasons. Please contact us if you require further details.
Our thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we are grateful for the supply chain transportation community, public health authorities, healthcare workers and local communities who are on the front line working to contain the virus and keep everyone supplied.
