A lot of people have started golfing this season, as many other activities are still closed. However, after being stuck indoors during COVID, golfing may be a little more challenging for your body than you think. Walking 18 holes right of the bat might not be a great idea. Start with 9 holes for your first few games. If you really want to do 18 holes, maybe walk the first 9 and drive the rest. Make sure that you not only stretch before and after playing, but throughout the game as well. Here are some stretches that can help:

1. Hip Flexor Lunge Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Step one foot forward into a lunge position. Keep your body upright and back straight. Bend both knees so that you feel the stretch. Do not let your forward knee pass over the ankle of your front foot. Use a golf club to keep
