June Class Schedule Update

Starting this month, all classes will run on a consistent schedule at 7:30 PM:

Sunday: Restorative
Tuesday: Vinyasa
Wednesday: Yin
Thursday: Core Rehab

This schedule will remain the same for the month of June, with occasional cancellations only.

Please note: around 5:00 PM, classes may be cancelled if there aren’t enough participants signed up. Be sure to register early to secure your spot.

If a cancellation occurs, you’ll receive a text notification—so please make sure your contact information is up to date in PushPress.

As camp season is now underway, there may be limited availability for messages and inquiries, especially on weekends. Any changes or updates will always be reflected in PushPress.

Yoga schedule for the week:

Tuesday 7:15pm — Vinyasa (45 min)
An energizing flow to build strength, mobility, and focus through breath-led movement. This class will stay at this time through the summer.

Wednesday 7:30pm — Yin
Slow down with deep stretches and long-held poses designed to release tension and help you reset midweek. This class will also stay at this time through the summer.

Thursday 6:00pm — Core Rehab (40 min)
A supportive class focused on core strength, stability, posture, and mindful movement. This class will continue based on interest and enrollment.

A few summer updates: Restorative may move to a biweekly schedule depending on enrollment. During July and August, expect some daytime classes Tuesday–Thursday, with more limited evening offerings as I’ll be embracing camp life this summer.

Please register early to reserve your spot and help keep classes running. Looking forward to practicing together this summer.

Here’s an updated (light + flexible) yoga schedule for the week — we know timing can be a moving target with toddlers in tow 😊

Sunday: 7:30 PM – Restorative
Monday: 6:00 PM – Gentle Flow (please note the evening time!)
Wednesday: 7:00 PM – Hatha
Saturday: 8:45 AM – Core Rehab

We may continue to have 7 PM classes and also offer some earlier evening options like 5:30 or 6 — let us know what works best for you!

Here’s what’s on the schedule:

🌿 Sunday – Restorative | 7:30 PM
A calming, slow-paced class to help you unwind and reset for the week ahead.

🔥 Monday – Core Rehab | 7:15 PM
Low-impact, Pilates-inspired core work designed to rebuild strength from the inside out—perfect for all levels (especially moms!).

🌊 Tuesday – Vinyasa | 7:15 PM
Flow, move, and breathe through a dynamic sequence that builds heat and flexibility.

We’re back on the mat this week with both morning and evening classes:

🧘‍♀️ Morning Classes: 9:00 AM
🌙 Evening Classes: 7:15 PM or 7:00 PM (check the schedule when signing up)

⚠️ Important: This is the last week of regular morning classes. After this week, morning sessions will move to a pop-up basis until summertime.

Due to today’s huge snowstorm, all classes this week will be weather-dependent, so please keep an eye on updates.
