Here’s what’s on the schedule:
🌿 Sunday – Restorative | 7:30 PM
A calming, slow-paced class to help you unwind and reset for the week ahead.
🔥 Monday – Core Rehab | 7:15 PM
Low-impact, Pilates-inspired core work designed to rebuild strength from the inside out—perfect for all levels (especially moms!).
🌊 Tuesday – Vinyasa | 7:15 PM
Flow, move, and breathe through a dynamic sequence that builds heat and flexibility.
🧘 Wednesday – Hatha | 7:00 PM
A balanced, slower-paced practice focusing on alignment, strength, and mindfulness.
💥 Saturday – Bands & Abs | 8:45 AM
Start your weekend strong with a 30-minute HIIT-style burn using resistance bands + a killer core finisher.
