✨ Summer Schedule Update + New Class Alert! ✨
We’ve made a few changes to our weekly lineup to match the summer vibe—plus we're excited to introduce a brand new class: Ignite & Unwind on Wednesday nights! 🔥🌙
Here’s what’s happening each week:
MONDAY
🕛 12:10pm – Bands & Abs
A fast, sweaty 40-minute class using loop resistance bands to sculpt your core and glutes. Low-impact, high burn! 💪🔥
🌙 7:15pm – Yin Yoga
Slow, supported stretches held for several minutes to target deep tissues. Perfect for grounding and releasing tension. 🧘♀️✨
TUESDAY
🌅 7:15am – Core Yoga/Core Rehab
Mindful flows that strengthen and stabilize your core. Sometimes replaced with Core Rehab depending on Aimee’s schedule—great for postpartum or anyone easing back into movement. 🌿🤍
🌙 8:15pm – Restorative Yoga
Let go and melt into fully supported poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Pure rest and nervous system reset. 🛏️💤
WEDNESDAY
🕚 11:00am – BYOB Yoga (Bring Your Own Baby)
Gentle movement and connection for caregivers—with baby right beside you. A nurturing space to breathe and bond. 👶🧘
🌙 7:15pm – Ignite & Unwind (NEW!)
Start with high-energy, cardio-style movement to build heat and strength, then transition into a slow, stretchy flow to restore and release. The perfect midweek balance. 🔥🌙
THURSDAY
🌅 9:00am – Bands & Abs
Back again for another dose of resistance band fire! Short, strong, and seriously effective. 🔁💥
FRIDAY
🌅 9:00am – Core Rehab
A gentle, low-impact class focused on deep core restoration and pelvic floor health. Ideal for postpartum and anyone rebuilding strength mindfully. 💖🧘♀️
