A big thank you to everyone who purchased tickets or donated toward Cody’s journey.
We were so pleased that Cody could come in and choose the winning ballot for our fun summer prize!

We were able to raise $1630!
Our dress down toonie Friday’s added up to $355!
The balance of $1275 was from the ballot sales.

We have all heard the saying “Big shoes to fill”
Here at Remedy’sRx we have one big giant clog that needed to be filled!
We have gathered some fun sumner merch and some gift cards.
We have an overfilled “big” shoe.
Value is $150 and the giant clog is a bonus included in this prize!
We are holding a fundraiser with proceeds going to the Wikiruk family.

Karen and Mark Wikiruk’s son Cody suffered a ruptured aneurysm on Jan 28/24.
The hemorrhagic stroke affected Cody’s right side and his speech.
After many months in the hospital then at a rehabilitation center, Cody was discharged on June 2/25.
With speech rehabilitation his limited conversation will improve.
His right arm and leg require physical therapy to improve mobility.
Cody is in a wheelchair, therefore quick modifications such as an accessible door and temporary ramp/deck had to be installed at their home.
The bathroom still needs to be modified and the temporary ramp/deck needs to be replaced with a permanent one.
Construction cost is a very big expense and we would like to help out by selling tickets on our overfilled “big shoe”

We have a couple new faces at Remedy’sRx!
A new pharmacy manager and a pharmacy assistant !
Both ladies have settled in and complete our work family quite nicely.

Our new motto these days is “Life is busy and so are we”
We would like to take this opportunity to ask that if possible call ahead to have you prescriptions filled.
As much as we try to do refills the same day, some days it is not possible.
Calling 3-4 days before your prescription is actully needed would be so helpful and fantastic!
