We are thrilled to announce this Free Community Birth Circle. 💕

We joyfully invite families of all identities and birth stories to join us! We are a birth circle specifically inclusive to BIPOC, q***r, gender non-conforming parents and families.
There will be tea and nourishing snacks provided.
We all have deep needs to be held, witnessed and supported through major life transitions. Join us in our monthly Community Birth circles! Come and be witnessed, inspired, and uplifted as we gather to listen and share.
All folks traversing the birth continnum are welcome! Pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and birth workers - We can’t wait to sit in circle with you!

We are so excited for classes to start tomorrow. To kick off the new season, we have decided to host a special week long event.....

Have you wanted to try a class out before registering? Do you have a friend or two or three who you would like to bring along to your favorite Wild Roots class? Come and join us for as many free classes as you'd like this week. This offer includes classes for babies, kids, family and adults. No need to register or email us about which free classes you will be attending. Just show up and we will be there to get you settled. Start your new year off with a treat! Come stretch, breathe, dance, wiggle and laugh with us!

Join Roxie for a gentle, inclusive yoga class tailored specifically for the older adult! This class offers a welcoming and relaxed environment to explore movement, balance, and flexibility at your own pace. Sessions will focuses on accessible postures, breathing exercises, and gentle stretches to enhance mobility, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

All Levels Welcome: Each session is adaptable to your comfort level and experience.

Safe & Supportive Atmosphere: Move mindfully and always listen to your body.
