A few simple ways to actually rest and recharge:

• Purposefully step away from screens and devices for a few hours
• Get outside for fresh air and natural light
• Accomplish a few simple tasks to make the week ahead easier
• Move your body gently, think stretching or a walk outdoors
• Stay hydrated and nourish your body with real food
• Give yourself permission to slow down (without guilt!)

Rest isn’t lazy, it’s essential for your body to recover, reset, and feel its best.
