This photo was sent to me this morning and it filled my heart with so much joy I had to share it with everyone else❤️

If it wasn’t for summer group, some of our members (like Tommy and Abbi in this photo) may have never met. That’s what makes summer program so special, it opens doors to new friendships that go way beyond just the summer. A lot of our crew play on various teams at Miracle League, and it’s amazing to see how confident they are walking up to each other to say hello, because this program brought them together in the first place.

And our logo, it’s not just a logo. When our crew sees it out in the community, it means something to them. They know they belong to this special place where they’re included, supported, and surrounded by friends who feel like family.

This is exactly why I created Lola. This is what I live for.
