Hi, I'm Kelly!

If you've been around for a while, you know that I have a passion for living well and inspiring others to embrace life and ignite their inner light. If you're new here, welcome!

I am a wellness educator based in Windsor–Essex. I hold a PhD in Health Education and Promotion and am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

In addition to what I offer at the studio, I work with organizations to deliver practical, evidence-informed workplace wellness programs that can be delivered virtually or in-person.

All programs are built around seven key pillars of well-being: nutrition and hydration, movement, sleep and rest, mindfulness, stress management, connection, and self-reflection. Sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and immediately useful for employees.

One popular offering is a 30-minute virtual Lunchtime Chair Yoga & Guided Relaxation session designed for busy professionals. Sessions are accessible (no equipment required), reduce tension, and help improve focus and energy for the rest of the day. Sessions can be offered as drop-ins, short-term series, or part of a broader wellness initiative.

Women's Relaxation & Healing Circle $50 or subsidy if you need it; may be covered by your benefits plan as well

And....a Community Peace Walk - FREE! All are welcome to attend in a peaceful manner. Walk starts at the wellness centre with a brief peace mediation followed by a quiet walk through town to show our support for peace in our town, our country, and our world.

The Sculpt and Flow four-week series starts on April 8th.

RENEW Half-Day Retreat April 12th at Balanced Life Wellness Centre

Our once-a-month outdoor yoga at Sadler's Pond will start in May (weather permitting).

Soft-Life Lessons: Slowing down to find peace and ease in a fast-paced world, June 14th. (Think of this as your mid-year check in and reset).

2026 is off to a dynamic start!

We offered the Dear Body Workshop for the first time and just wrapped up a wonderful winter retreat.

The mission for this year is to offer classes, workshops, and events that help our community take good care of themselves, so they can show up as their best selves and continue to be kind, compassionate, and helpful to others in the world.

We have some loose plans for the year, and we'd love to hear what you'd like to see from us. Here's what we have so far:

The Finding Your Still Point weekend retreat has come to an end. We practiced yoga, journaled, had two great guided meditations, good food, a short walk in the woods, lots of laughs, and reflexology with from the ground up wellness! I am so grateful to share weekends like this with wonderful people.
