This will include care for clients who are sick as well as education and visits to keep people healthy. Attending the clinic you will have the opportunity to see an array of professionals based on your concerns. The Essex County Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic offers the services of nurse practitioners, nurses, a dietitian, a health promoter, and a social worker. At the Essex County Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, we expect to develop strong partnerships with our clients and encourage each person to be fully involved in their health care. If you require health care services that are beyond our scope of practice, we will work with our collaborating Family Physician or other health care professionals to ensure that your needs are met.
