Today is a landmark day at Southbridge Care Homes! As of May 1st, we are proud to officially assume the ownership of 21 long-term care homes acquired from Revera, in partnership with Yorkville Health Care Fund. This marks one of the largest long-term care transactions in Ontario’s history — and with it, our Southbridge family grows to 54 homes, supporting approximately 6,100 residents across the province.

This isn’t just about numbers — it’s about expanding our commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-focused care and building vibrant, welcoming communities. As one of Canada’s leading owner-operators of long-term care homes, we’re excited for what’s ahead and honoured to welcome new residents, families, and team members into the Southbridge community.

The future is bright, and it starts today!

Country Village Homes - Woodslee is a 104 resident home located in the Village of Woodslee just a short drive from the larger city centres of Windsor and Kingsville. This fully accredited, newly renovated home is in a charming country setting and has a friendly atmosphere.

At Country Village Homes - Woodslee, our team is committed to providing the best care for our Residents. We are proud to be a part of the Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) initiative in partnership with the Province of Ontario to ensure residents receive the best quality of care at the right time and in the right place.

All our programs and services, including our nursing initiatives, culinary menus, and recreation services are developed using a "resident-centered" philosophy. We place special emphasis on treating each resident with dignity and respect. Residents are encouraged to pursue life-long goals and personal interests which contribute to a quality living experience.
