What do we do with the things our loved ones leave behind?

Clothing, books, photos, furniture, everyday objects. After a loss, belongings can become so much more than “stuff.” They can hold memory, connection, comfort, pain, responsibility, and complicated questions about what it means to stay connected after someone dies.

Join us for WYG In Conversation: Grief and Belongings: Attachment Theory and Continuing Bonds with Litsa Williams and Charlene Lam, Founder of Curating Grief.

This free conversation will explore how Attachment Theory and Continuing Bonds can help grievers think about belongings after loss with more compassion, context, and care.

Weyburn!
Kitchen Table Conversations | Grief Support 🤍

Loss can change the way the world feels, and navigating grief isn’t something anyone should have to do alone. Sometimes, what we need most is simply a place to sit, share, listen, and connect with others who understand.

Join us for Kitchen Table Conversations, a free monthly grief support gathering — a welcoming space for connection, conversation, and support through loss. Whether you feel like sharing your story or simply listening, you are welcome here.

📍 Weyburn Public Library

If you’ve ever felt like grief suddenly spikes out of nowhere, you’re not imagining it.

That surge has a name: a STUG.
Sudden.
Temporary.
Upsurge (of)
Grief.

Coined by researcher Therese Rando, STUGs help explain why grief can feel manageable one moment and overwhelming the next. They’re often activated by dates, memories, milestones, or seemingly small reminders. And while they can be intense, they are also temporary.

Knowing this can help remind us that these moments aren’t setbacks; they’re a normal part of how grief shows up.

Grief isn’t linear. And sometimes, it surges.

This one means something.

We created these as more than just something to wear…
they’re a way to show up for each other.

We are starting a fund… a movement in an effort to provide accessible counselling services.
$5 from every t-shirt or sweater will go to a fund to support limited reduced rate counselling sessions available.

Because everyone deserves support.
Because healing shouldn’t depend on finances.
Because we can all be part of something bigger.

Let’s be better humans 🤍

We’ve partnered with our friends at harpernbeeclothing to create these!

Preorders are NOW OPEN!
