Yesterday I came to the decision that I no longer felt I was being responsible massaging due to the current covid 19 situation. I will be away from my practice until the 30th of March for sure and possibly longer. If this has affected or will affect your appointment I will contact you directly. This winter I decided I needed to find a new hobby and a few years ago a good friend of mine gave me a beautiful handmade mala which sparked an interest. This year I finally decided to try my hand at making my own mala's. After finding out how much I love making them I decided to start selling them.

How to use your Mala
Hold your mala comfortably between your thumb and index finger of your right hand. While holding each individual bead, recite your chosen mantra and pull towards you to move to next bead. Repeat this with all 108 beads travelling around the mala. Your mala can also be worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist as a bracelet. Also as mentioned in the pictures, essential oils can be applied to the mala's with black lava beads
