GUYS DO YOGA!!!
Guys, have you ever been interested in trying yoga, but just couldn't quite bring yourself to the studio for a class?
This practice is for the guys. Men have been doing yoga since the millennia. Yoga studios, however, seem to have become foreign environments for most men. If you ever been interested in trying yoga, but just couldn't quite bring yourself to the studio for a class or ever wanted to find more mobility, more strength, or less tension somewhere in your body or ever needed to find a way to quiet your mind, this practice is for you. In this practice, we will focus on basic yoga principles and postures that encourage balance, alignment, and flexibility. This practice will be designed to help you increase awareness in your daily movements, give you some yogic tools for your toolkit, help you find greater ease, flexibility, and balance in your body and your life, and help you find your place in the yoga studio! Anyone is welcome. This practice is suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced.
Although this practice will be designed as a introduction to yoga for men, anyone is welcome.

Wear something that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (rental mats are $2).
Heidi Hesselink, E-RYT (500) has been teaching yoga in the Estevan area for over 20 years. She has studied under or practiced with numerous yogis including, Jonathan Foust, Baxter Bell, Rashmi Sue Jenkins, Martha Abbot, Sudha Lundeen, Ryan Leier, and Colin Hall. Her style encourages everyone to connect with their inner wisdom, find their own strength and ease, and thus their own yoga practice.
