St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation Mission Statement: Fundraising and supporting the developments of St. Joseph’s Hospital services, expansion of facilities and purchasing new equipment. St.

Located in Estevan, Saskatchewan Joseph’s hospital Foundation Statement of Purpose:
The Principal purpose of the Foundation is to assist St. Joseph’s Hospital to advance the welfare and good of the citizens it serves by:
a) Maintaining a strong feeling of goodwill towards St. Joseph’s Hospital; and
b) Raising funds for the purpose of St. Joseph’s Hospital through obtaining donations, grants and g

ifts, and such other means as the Foundation shall from time to time consider advisable; and in doing so exercise any powers set forth in the Non-Profit Corporations Act in compliance with relevant provincial and federal laws; and
c) The development of Health Care in the Southeast Health Region

“Cancer care is more than just treatment.”

At St. Joseph’s Hospital, chemotherapy care means emotional support, listening, comforting, helping solve problems, and maintaining hope and strength through every step of the journey.

This year, Radiothon for Life is supporting chemotherapy services in Estevan - helping ensure patients can continue receiving compassionate care close to home.

For many patients, avoiding hours of travel to Regina means less stress, more comfort, and the ability to be surrounded by familiar faces during difficult days. It means treatment in a smaller, more personal environment where patients are known, supported, and never treated like just another number.

The team in the chemo department shares difficult moments, but also laughter, encouragement, and celebrations including the unforgettable bell-ringing ceremonies that mark the completion of treatment.

On Wednesday, June 10th, join us for Radiothon for Life on Rock 106, Sun 102 and CJ1150 as we come together to support local cancer care.

Because no one should face cancer alone and no one should have to leave home to receive compassionate care. ❤️
