Dr. Rebecca Holman Dr. Holman assesses, diagnoses and treats musculoskeletal conditions Dr. Rebecca Holman was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University in 2011 in Health Studies and she completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2015. Dr. Holman is also a certified acupuncture provider, which helps to enhance her practice as a chiropractor. She moved out to Saskatchewan after graduation to start her career at King Street Chiropractic and Health Centre in Estevan. Dr. Holman assesses, diagnoses, and treats muscle, joint, and nerve conditions in order to relieve pain and improve function. She uses a variety of chiropractic techniques, modalities, rehabilitation exercises, and/or medical acupuncture in order to treat the human body. Dr. Holman emphasizes an active and healthy lifestyle in her practice. Dr. Holman has also completed extensive continuing education in postpartum physical health, offering postpartum exercise rehab programs. Her love for running has brought her across many finish lines and has solidified her understanding of the sport. Her participation in many team sports, such as hockey and soccer, has enabled her to understand the athlete’s perspective of injury and the game.

Just over a month ago, we finished another postpartum exercise rehab course! This fall, 10 ladies were dedicated to their healing and the progress was amazing. I absolutely loved seeing their growth throughout this program.

A day of learning back at the old stomping grounds . It's been 10 years since I sat in these lecture hall chairs, and what a conference to come back to! We studied neuromusculoskeletal conditions across a female's lifespan, starting with female Pediatric care, then reviewing prenatal care, postnatal care, perimenopausal care, and menopausal care. It is clear that females have specific needs at different stages of their lives, so their approach to care should reflect this too. I can't wait to bring this back to Southeast SK.

2 weeks ago, we finished up the SEVENTH postpartum exercise rehab course. The healing that happened here was amazing. ❀️

I started offering this opportunity to heal for postpartum women in and area in 2022. Since then,

🌟 seven courses have been offered
🌟 60 women have joined me for the program
🌟 countless women have been helped in clinic

I love what I do. There are few things more rewarding than seeing a mother go from struggling to lift her toddler to working out with them in her arms, than seeing a 4 finger diastasis close to none, than hearing about a mother peeing her pants walking down the street to running leak free. πŸ’ͺ

We are almost half way through the SEVENTH postpartum exercise rehabilitation program. These women are doing great! Lots of healing happening here.
