This group will focus on building skills, strengthening relationships, and supporting mental health and well-being.

Today is Overdose Awareness Day. The numbers are staggering. The bottom photo was from an event I attended in Regina in 2020. Each cross is held by a Mom who lost her child to an overdose. I wonder how large that group would be 5 years later. Heartbreaking. Never forget each number represents somebody's someone. Sending love to those who struggled and lost and to their friends and family .

This lily has quite a legacy. It was planted when we first moved here. Every year about the time blooms were forming, Honey Dew would walk through and bust them off. It was one stem of a mystery colour and about 5 years before we saw this gorgeous colour. In short..keep going, keep blooming and your day in the sun is on it's way 🥰🌻

Sometimes I am astonished by how vastly different my world is from the "norm". These little apples are growing on what we call Tahlia's Tree. They are the size of golf balls and finding their colour. Makes my heart happy. In the big world they would be sprayed, waxed and polished to make them appear more desireable. No...they would never make the cut. They are too small and imperfect to be considered even when fully grown. But I like the natural imperfect ones. People too.

Sometimes all you need is your bare feet touching the ground and the sun on your face. You were never meant to not touch the earth and ground. Full moon energy is moving in. Ebb and flow , natural cycles and the art of presence... anchor in and breathe. Have a simply beautiful day 💕
