Hello everyone!

I wanted to give a quick update about my services, for those inquiring.

Back in February I took a leave of absence from Personal Training. I was hoping it would be a short, restful break and I would return to my clients. Sadly, it does not look that way.

I am thankful for the friendships I formed during my time as a Personal Trainer, and hope to see you on the gym floor again soon! (I know you've all been missing my loud laugh! 😉)

100% of my clients who tried it, have agreed!

✅ TIPS:

- I make a double batch, then just throw in the toaster for a quick breakfast for the rest of the week 😊

- For those who are grossed out by the cottage cheese, I have had self proclaimed “picky eaters” who HATE it.
They ALL reported once tossed in a blender… you can’t taste it at all 🏆 🕺

💡 DID YOU KNOW:
